Being responsible is not always a simple task as well all know. There are so many things which we have to take note of that sometimes we forget some of these. If there is one thing that you need to remember all the time, it is to be very responsible in running your own business. Each and every detail must be taken note of toe ensure that you monitor everything as needed. Especially when you are running delivery, you should take note of the following things – speed, violations, route taken. All of these will actually determine if your drivers stick to the regulations which you have set.
Luckily, I had fleet tracking installed for all the trucks I owned. These gave me reports on the limits and the violations my drivers committed. Even if I am very busy in the office, I am still able to monitor the performance of these people. This is very important because I want to be very successful in my business.
