A credit is a debt, so it has to be paid. This is the main duty performed by the consumer credit protection law. One can get education at any time and one should know that they are never too old to go back to school. When you know that you have a quest for education and by getting it you will be able to advance in terms of your finances, this should be a good reason enough to make you go back to school even as a mother. My sister has told me that their company will be under new management soon. Rumor has it that management may eventually resort to outsourcing.But why outsource? I asked my sister. She explained to me that outsourcing will enable the company to control budget. It is so cost effective which explains why many companies have opted to outsource these days. Anyway, my sister would not have been concerned with outsourcing if she was not told that she might be displaced when the time comes. Now she is worried because if and when she loses her job, what will happen to her children. Her kids are only two and three years old and they have no one to depend on except for her. My sister's ex husband has completely abandoned them since two years ago. He does not even care to check whether they are still breathing or not. My sister would have been okay if only she has a stable job. But with the latest development in the office, she certainly has reasons to worry now. |

If there is something which makes people happy is to see that they are staying in places which are clean. Cleanness makes people to be happy and to feel comfortable in a place where they are. My aunt the other day got a new job. She will be working for a job centre in town. Her main work will be to enable the many graduates and other job seekers who have already registered with them to get a job. She is so happy about her new job, because she says that it is quite rewarding, not only in monetary terms but also in non-monetary terms. The feeling one has whenever they succeed in getting a desperate job seeker a job is very rewarding. She says that jobs in tamworth, where she is working, are quite reliable, because they ensure that the registered gradates gets jobs in the manner in which they registere. There will be no way that someone who is registered first will get a job later than another who registered later. Fairness is their number one attribute, as well as professionalism. There are people who wonder who are consumers.They are people who are doing business and everybody who is entitled to buy and purchase goods in market.They are people who give out money to be exchanged with a good or a product.They are reason why trading and marketing do exist.The big businesses and companies which you see are there because of consumers.All stocks which you see in shops are for consumers so they can buy them.The consumer protection 1987 was part of law.Consumers have a right to fair trading and marketing.They should not be disrespected even if they are buying small quantities.In that year the law stated they should be respected with what they want to buy.They should be sold with goods which are original and ones which are quality.Those laws are ones which exist today and they are supposed to be followed.They should not be ignored because its for sake of consumers.They are not supposed to be harassed when it comes to prices.Goods which are spoiled should not be sold to them instead they should be thrown away. |

After the heavy rains that were experienced in his home town, Job lost so much to floods. He had a family and now they were homeless because the house was destroyed completely by the floods. They had moved to a hotel as he sought what to do with the house, although he did not have enough money for a renovation. However, luck was on his side though, because one of the leaders in his state went to the hotel to tell him and his neighbors to apply for a Free Grant from the government. There were renovation grants that were issued out to help people in such circumstances. After Job and his neighbors presented their application, the cheque was issued out in less than a week.They were even compensated for the much they were spending in the hotels. He was able to put his house back in a better shape and his family moved back to their house. If it were not for the government, these people could be homeless to date, because most of them could not have afforded to renovate their own houses. |

Borrowing money is a necessity especially now that we have financial needs every time due to an increase in the cost of living. Not many can fund such projects as starting us a new business, but with loan, they can open up that business and pay back the loan bits by bits. That is why we need credit companies in our country. Sometimes ago, credit companies were really taking advantage of their debtors. In case a debtor was unable to meet the deadline in repayment of a loan, they would harass them so much or even take their properties away. But after the credit law was passed, a debtor can negotiate if they are unable to meet the deadline. Also, credit companies should give creditors enough time to repay these loans. A written agreement need to be given to the loaned a week before the contract is signed so that they can have enough time to read it and to understand first so that they can make informed decisions. All these are some of the things that a consumer should make sure that they are accorded before agreeing to sign up a loan agreement. |

When I was a young girl, my parents taught me that all the money and wealth that I saw in the house was not mine, but theirs because they had worked hard for it. They even told me that if I wanted to be like them that I should learn to be responsible and not just wait to inherit their wealth. I asked them how I was supposed to have that and they told me that I had to be responsible and be able to learn how to save from a young age.The nearest private school in staffordshire to where I live was very far so my parents decided that I was going to be home schooled. This helped a lot because I studied in the morning and in the afternoon I would baby sit and the money I would get I put in a piggy bank and my parents added it in to my trust fund. When I got of age, I got my first job in staffordshire retail store because I had very good organization skills. I worked really hard and continued to save,and I am a perfect example of trust fund kids who still make it without touching the money that has been put aside for them. |

When some one is in a state of depression whether clinical or otherwise, help of a counselor is needed so that they can given some advise or sometimes have some one to lend them an ear and time to pour out what they want to talk about. What i have learnt is that when a person is disturbed by something it is very beneficial to the person to be able to talk to some one who they are sure will keep the information given out will be kept by the counselor confidentially. Most of the times this is the only assurance that one needs to be able to open up. You do not want all your secrets or confidential issues put out in the open for all to see. For one to be a counselor it means that you should have done psychology for this will help you in knowing how to handle the patient or clients.
